At Enychycouture, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.

Non-returnable items
Final sale items cannot be returned.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.
